- is secretly a grandma in disguise, as evidenced by her passion for cross stitching

- tolerates other people's cats, but is a dog person
- has a brown thumb, but has somehow managed to raise cactus from seed; good thing they don't need too much water
- has the great talent of being able to fake confidence, even if she doesn't feel confident at all
- looks better with glasses than without
- likes what she likes and doesn't care if it's trendy, out of style, odd, normal, or anything in between

I have a lovely assortment of public and friends-only posts. I'm sure some of what I post is whiny and self indulgent, but what would a livejournal be without those? I'd like to think I occasionally post some insightful things, but most of the time I think those lovely insights and never actually, you know, write them down. That's my excuse, at least.
